Tampa Bay occupies a large part of the Florida map. Tampa Market Homes is here to help you sort through the right neighborhood and community.

South Tampa:

Close to downtown Tampa, MacDill Air Force Base and many of Tampa’s great restaurants, shopping, attractions and the airport, South Tampa is where it all started. South Tampa appeals to many professionals who daily commute to downtown, long time Tampa families and those who can afford many of the most affluent areas of Tampa including waterfront communities and views from the prestigious Bayshore Boulevard. Neighborhoods such as Davis Islands, Harbour Island, Beach Park, Culbreath Isles, Palma Ceia, New Suburb Beautiful, Virginia Park, Sunset Park, Westshore, Golf View, Parkland Estates and Hyde Park are all located in South Tampa.

North Tampa:

Traveling north from downtown Tampa, you will find communities such as Avila, Seminole Heights, Carrollwood, Northdale, Forest Hills, Lake Magdalene and Lutz. With a direct shot to downtown Tampa and central Tampa, these communities vary with everything from renovated older homes close to downtown to subdivisions and well-established communities. Everything from a drive down a lushly landscaped neighborhood built in the ’70s to a 24-hour guarded exclusive golf community can be found in North Tampa.

Northwest Tampa:

With easy access through the Veteran’s Expressway, many neighborhoods can be found in Northwest Tampa and Odessa including Westchase, Waterchase, Highland Park, Mandolin, Countryway, The Eagles, Westwood Lakes, Citrus Park area, Cheval, Villa Rosa, Heritage Harbor, Stillwater and northwest sections of Carrollwood. Anything from a master-planned community with parks, playgrounds, golf, tennis and sidewalks can be found as well as more rural properties and lakefront areas. Close to the airport, shopping and not far from the beaches, Northwest Tampa has much to offer.

East Tampa:

Traveling on the Selmon Expressway from downtown Tampa, commuting to Brandon, Lithia, Valrico, Dover, Riverview, Apollo Beach and Seffner makes it easier for those who desire easier access to I-75 or for military families traveling to MacDill. Plenty of shopping and old Florida communities are found in East Tampa as well as the master planned community of FishHawk Ranch.

New Tampa and Pasco County:

Heading to the most northeastern sections of Tampa is New Tampa. Growth in the New Tampa corridor has been consistent since the ’90s. Neighborhoods such as Tampa Palms, Hunter’s Green, Arbor Greene, Cory Lake Isles, West Meadows, Meadow Pointe and many more are found in New Tampa. As the corridor crosses into Pasco County, major shopping, restaurants and plenty of subdivisions have been created everywhere. Easy access to I-75 and community living is prevalent.

Pinellas County:

Heading over the bridges from Tampa is Pinellas County including many cities and communities. You will find plenty of beachfront and intracoastal areas as well including Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and Tierra Verde. Communities range from downtown spots in St. Petersburg to Snell Isle, Pasadena and golf course communities in Clearwater, Largo and Palm Harbor. Further north in Pinellas County are quaint areas like Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Safety Harbor.
